Mission Control
The startup Mission Control was created to use esports for recreational purposes. The company creates leagues in various esports disciplines for the community. Mission Control offers the methodology which uses by many private companies and communities. For example, NCRPA (North Carolina Recreation & Park Association) is partnering with MC to host esports championship of the state.
A collaboration between MC and the University of Kentucky
The eports program that Mission Control will open at the University of Kentucky aims to socialize and engage the community in the university environment. Mission Control esports program will be available on campus for applicants and graduate students besides of current students. Mission Control believes that students will communicate more with each other and become more cohesive through the esports. All of this will happen because of a shared interest in competitive video games.
