WWE Money in the Bank 2026 arrives in New Orleans on October 10 with two ladder matches, two world titles on the line and several rivalries that could continue well beyond this weekend. Bron Breakker and Roxanne Perez lead the betting odds for the briefcases, but the favorites aren’t necessarily our picks. Tips.GG analyzes all five confirmed matches, predicts the winners and examines the booking decisions that could shape each result. We’re looking at WWE’s current storylines, the alliances forming across Raw and SmackDown, and what each outcome could set up next.
Alongside our Money in the Bank predictions, we’re managing a $1,000 virtual betting bankroll. Every match gets a predicted winner, but not every prediction gets a stake. We’ll explain our betting decisions alongside each match analysis. For the confirmed participants and qualification history, see our Money in the Bank 2026 full match card.

WWE betting differs from traditional sports wagering because results are determined by creative decisions rather than athletic competition alone. Those decisions reflect character alignments, long-term plans for individual performers, their recent momentum and positioning, and the direction of ongoing rivalries. The host city, expected crowd reaction and results of other matches on the card can also influence how a storyline unfolds. Together, these factors may lead to outside interference, betrayals, unexpected alliances or other surprises. Our WWE betting guide explains the fundamentals of wagering on professional wrestling, while the analysis below focuses on the possible outcomes of Money in the Bank 2026.
Oba Femi vs. Bronson Reed — Odds & Prediction
Betting odds: Oba Femi 1.25 | Bronson Reed 3.50
Paul Heyman’s warning to Bronson Reed tells us quite a bit about how WWE wants this fight to feel. One Tsunami may not be enough to keep Femi down. Reed has the size and offense to make the match competitive, but beating a man who has already defeated Brock Lesnar would require a major change in Femi’s direction.
Reed is likely to have some form of support from The Vision, but even outside interference may not be enough. Over the past year, WWE has repeatedly presented Femi as a dominant force capable of overcoming opponents even when the numbers are against him. The faction has already used collective attacks to weaken him, yet those setbacks have done little to undermine his overall presentation as an almost unstoppable competitor.
A decisive singles victory would move the rivalry beyond another faction ambush and leave the confrontation with Bron Breakker available for later. We expect Femi to withstand Reed’s heaviest offense, overcome any attempt by The Vision to influence the outcome and secure the pinfall. That result would reinforce the direction WWE has been building for him rather than interrupt it for a short-term surprise.
Tips.GG Prediction: Oba Femi defeats Bronson Reed by pinfall.
Tips.GG Virtual Bet: No Bet ($0). At 1.25, even a $100 virtual stake would earn only $25 in profit, while potential interference from The Vision makes the risk difficult to justify. Femi remains our predicted winner, but we’re keeping the bankroll untouched for this match.
Stephanie Vaquer vs. Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan — Women’s World Championship Odds & Prediction
Betting odds: Stephanie Vaquer 1.33 | Liv Morgan 3.00 | Becky Lynch 4.50
Stephanie Vaquer has only recently reclaimed the Women’s World Championship, and another quick title change would send the division in a different direction. Liv Morgan remains dangerous with The Judgment Day behind her, but returning the belt to her would risk extending a championship program that has already occupied much of the year.
Becky Lynch presents a serious alternative. Since returning as a babyface in August, she has been positioned differently from the heel character she portrayed before her absence. Her involvement in Vaquer’s title win has created an unusual relationship: Becky helped Stephanie become champion and now wants an opportunity to win the championship herself. A Becky victory, particularly if she pinned Morgan rather than Vaquer, could establish a new rivalry without weakening Stephanie’s credibility.
There is also an interesting shift in Vaquer’s own presentation. Her increasingly aggressive reactions, including attacking both Lynch and Morgan on the October 5 Raw, suggest that WWE may be exploring a more ruthless side of the champion. That does not necessarily mean an immediate heel turn, but it creates room for tension with the recently turned babyface Lynch. WWE can develop that contrast without forcing another character change on Becky.
We still favor Vaquer. Retaining would give her championship reign more time to develop, while a Triple Threat offers ways to protect Lynch without handing her the title. Our expected finish has Vaquer capitalizing on a confrontation between the other two competitors and pinning Morgan. Becky could then continue pursuing the champion without taking the deciding fall, while Liv may temporarily move away from the immediate world title picture.
Tips.GG Prediction: Stephanie Vaquer retains the Women’s World Championship, most likely by pinning Liv Morgan.
Tips.GG Virtual Bet: $300 on Stephanie Vaquer at 1.33. A successful virtual stake returns $399, including $99 in profit. The difference from Oba Femi’s 1.25 is modest: a $100 stake would earn $33 on Vaquer versus $25 on Femi. But we’re backing Vaquer because her recent title win gives WWE a strong storyline reason to keep the championship on her, while potential interference from The Vision makes Femi’s match harder to trust as a betting proposition. Vaquer is our most convincing pick among the three matches receiving virtual stakes, so she gets the largest allocation at 30% of the starting bankroll. The short price still means a modest return relative to that risk, and a Triple Threat carries the additional danger that Vaquer could lose the championship without being pinned.
Roman Reigns vs. LA Knight — World Heavyweight Championship Odds & Prediction
Betting odds: Roman Reigns 1.11 | LA Knight 6.00
The World Heavyweight Championship is only one of Roman Reigns’ problems. The Bloodline’s conflict with The 946 has forced former enemies into an uneasy alignment, including Solo Sikoa, whose recent history with Reigns makes their cooperation far from straightforward. With Survivor Series: WarGames approaching, WWE has a reason to keep that story moving without resolving every internal disagreement.
Reigns came out of SummerSlam with his championship intact after defeating Seth Rollins. Knight’s challenge developed in the weeks that followed, escalating when he attacked Reigns after the champion’s successful defense against Penta on September 14. WWE has given Knight a substantial championship buildup and a legitimate reason to challenge for the title. The question is whether that buildup is intended to produce a new champion or establish another major obstacle for Reigns to overcome.
We still see Reigns retaining as the more likely direction. The ongoing Bloodline conflict gives WWE several stories to pursue heading toward WarGames, but losing the championship is not a prerequisite for participating in that event. Reigns can remain champion while his relationships with former allies and enemies continue to evolve.
We expect Knight to receive enough offense and support from the crowd to make a title change feel possible, but not to end Reigns’ reign. The more significant development may come from how The Bloodline and The 946 react to the result. Outside interference remains possible, although the faction storyline does not need to determine the championship outcome. WWE can preserve Knight’s credibility, keep the title on Reigns and advance the larger conflict without tying every development to the match’s final moments.
Tips.GG Prediction: Roman Reigns defeats LA Knight and retains the World Heavyweight Championship.
Tips.GG Virtual Bet: No Bet ($0). Reigns is the strongest favorite on the card, but at -900 (approximately 1.11 in decimal odds), a $100 virtual stake would generate just $11.11 in profit. Even a highly convincing prediction does not automatically justify that risk.
Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match — Odds & Prediction
Betting odds: Roxanne Perez 1.25 | Lash Legend 3.00 | Tiffany Stratton 4.00 | Sol Ruca 13.00 | Lola Vice 13.00 | Jacy Jayne 15.00
Roxanne Perez has a compelling case. Her position within The Judgment Day creates an obvious source of tension with Liv Morgan if Perez wins the briefcase, regardless of who leaves the Triple Threat as Women’s World Champion. If Morgan takes the title, Perez would have the power to cash in against her own stablemate. Even if Stephanie Vaquer retains or Becky Lynch wins, simply carrying the contract could fuel further conflict with Liv over their ambitions and standing within the faction. Raquel Rodriguez could also help Perez secure the briefcase. But the relationship between Morgan and Perez already has room to develop without the contract, and a Money in the Bank victory isn’t the only route to that eventual confrontation.
Our pick is Lash Legend. Her five eliminations at the Royal Rumble, including Charlotte Flair and IYO SKY, were a statement of intent. WWE presented her as a dominant force against some of the division’s biggest names, and her subsequent qualification for Money in the Bank reinforced that momentum. The company has invested enough in Legend’s presentation to make a significant singles breakthrough feel increasingly realistic.
Her heel character is another important factor. Money in the Bank has often been a particularly effective storytelling device for villains, who can exploit an injured champion, choose an inconvenient moment to cash in or keep the threat of an ambush hanging over the division. Legend’s combination of physical dominance and willingness to take advantage of vulnerable opponents makes the briefcase a natural fit for her character. She would not need to abandon her current presentation to become a dangerous championship contender.
Chelsea Green currently holds the WWE Women’s Championship as a babyface, offering a potential heel-versus-face direction if Legend wins the contract. But that is only one possibility. A Money in the Bank winner can wait for a different opportunity, and there is no guarantee that the current champion will still hold the title when the eventual cash-in takes place. The main attraction is giving Legend control over when and how she enters the world championship picture.
Tiffany Stratton has already enjoyed a successful Money in the Bank run, while Sol Ruca and Lola Vice are still establishing themselves on the main roster. Perez remains the biggest obstacle to our prediction, particularly with The Judgment Day available to assist her. Nevertheless, Legend offers WWE an opportunity to turn her recent momentum into a meaningful breakthrough. Her physical advantage and heel presentation make her a credible choice to leave the ladder match holding the contract, even against a more heavily favored Perez.
Tips.GG Prediction: Lash Legend wins the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Tips.GG Virtual Bet: $200 on Lash Legend at 3.00. A successful virtual stake returns $600, including $400 in profit. Perez remains the betting favorite, but Legend’s recent booking and natural fit as a heel briefcase holder give us reason to back a potential breakout winner at the higher price. This remains a speculative selection, with 20% of our starting bankroll allocated to the outcome.
Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match — Odds & Prediction
Betting odds: Bron Breakker 1.50 | Penta 3.00 | Kevin Owens 3.00 | CM Punk 10.00 | Trick Williams 10.00 | Je’Von Evans 26.00
Bron Breakker is the betting favorite for good reason. WWE has consistently protected him as one of its most important rising stars, and putting the briefcase in The Vision’s hands would give an already dangerous faction another source of leverage. But Breakker is also deeply involved in the group’s conflict with Oba Femi. His championship direction is less clearly defined than that of Kevin Owens, who already has a major title rivalry in progress.
Owens has unfinished business with Sami Zayn, and the briefcase would change the balance of power between them. Their rivalry doesn’t need Money in the Bank to continue, but the contract would let Owens choose the moment of his next championship challenge rather than depend on another opportunity being granted to him. That matters with CM Punk and several other challengers also pursuing Zayn. Owens would still have enemies to contend with, but he’d have a significant advantage over them.
There is also the weight of their shared history. Owens and Zayn have spent much of their careers shifting between friendship and bitter hostility. With Zayn holding the Undisputed WWE Championship and Owens seeking his first world title since losing the Universal Championship in 2017, the briefcase would give their current conflict a particularly dangerous new dimension. WWE already has the emotional foundation for a major title program without needing to manufacture another rivalry.
The timing of a potential cash-in also matters. Under Triple H’s creative leadership, WWE has repeatedly used Money in the Bank contracts without keeping them in play for most of the following year. Drew McIntyre cashed in on the night he won the briefcase in 2024, while Seth Rollins used his 2025 contract at SummerSlam and Naomi cashed in just over a month after winning hers. There have been longer waits as well, so an early cash-in is hardly guaranteed. Still, recent booking makes existing championship rivalries relevant when evaluating possible winners. Zayn is an obvious potential target for Owens, but neither he nor any other current champion is guaranteed to be holding the title when the contract is eventually used.
Penta remains a serious contender and is now priced alongside Owens as a joint-second favorite at 3.00, particularly after his recent World Heavyweight Championship opportunity against Reigns. Trick Williams could use the contract to move beyond the United States Championship, while Je’Von Evans would represent a major investment in a rising star. But Owens and Breakker remain the two strongest choices in our storyline analysis, with Owens offering the more immediate championship direction.
Tips.GG Prediction: Kevin Owens wins the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
Tips.GG Virtual Bet: $250 on Kevin Owens at 3.00. A successful virtual stake returns $750, including $500 in profit. Breakker remains the bookmaker’s favorite, while Owens shares second place in the market with Penta. Owens can continue his championship rivalry without winning the briefcase, but the contract offers a compelling direction for his existing storyline. We’re risking 25% of the starting bankroll on a speculative selection rather than treating its shorter price as proof of an advantage over the market.
Tips.GG Virtual Bankroll Summary
Our $1,000 virtual bankroll reflects how much we’re willing to risk on our predictions, rather than a calculated betting edge. Stephanie Vaquer receives the largest allocation because we consider her the most likely winner among the matches we’re backing, despite the limited return at 1.33. Kevin Owens receives $250 because his ongoing championship rivalry with Sami Zayn gives him an immediate use for the briefcase. Lash Legend receives $200, with her recent momentum and heel character making a breakthrough plausible, although she remains a speculative pick against the betting favorite.
We’re committing $750 in total, or 75% of the starting bankroll, to three selections while keeping $250 uncommitted for the next event. The other two matches have predictions but no virtual stakes. That is an aggressive allocation, and losing all three bets would leave only a quarter of our starting bankroll.
| Virtual Pick | Odds | Stake | Net Profit if Won |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stephanie Vaquer — Women’s World Title | 1.33 | $300 | +$99 |
| Lash Legend — Women’s MITB | 3.00 | $200 | +$400 |
| Kevin Owens — Men’s MITB | 3.00 | $250 | +$500 |
| Total | — | $750 | +$999 |
If all three virtual picks win, the bankroll rises to $1,999. If all three lose, it falls to $250. An Owens-only victory would leave $1,000, while a Legend-only victory would leave $850. If Vaquer is our only successful selection, the bankroll ends at $649.
These are hypothetical wagers used to track our predictions, not real-money bets or guaranteed profitable selections. We’ll judge the results by both the accuracy of our predictions and the actual return on the virtual stakes. The $250 left uncommitted would allow the experiment to continue at the next WWE event even if all three selections lose.
