Former Heroic coach Nikolai “HUNDEN” Petersen published information about coaching bug in the game. He said that some players knew about the application of the coaching bug in official games. Nikolai provided the correspondence and data from the server to the Danish portal TV 2 DK.
One of the pieces of evidence provided by Petersen was the coach’s correspondence with Nikolaj “Nico” Kristensen. Nico wrote a message with wods: “everyone on the team knew about it”. Kristensen didn’t left any comments about leaked correspondence.
The coach also provided data incedent with the using of a bug on the server. It was recorded during the match against Team Spirit at tournaments of the #HomeSweetHome. Rene “TeSeS” Madsen entered the lobby with the HUNDEN before the rest of the participants according to the recordings from the server. Later, the server data shows that the coach activated the bug at position 15:40:09. Petersen claims that this proves the involvement of the other player.
Also Petersen said the team made him take all the blame. Management of Heroic denied the former coach’s statement, but noted that they will help ESIC in the investigation if it begins. Also, Heroic CEO Joachim “Noobwork” Haraldsen said that HUNDEN has no evidence, so he should stop blaming the players.
