A Rebuilt Major Shop
The 2026 Cologne Major Shop replaces the traditional capsule model with direct sticker purchases. Want a Holo FURIA logo? A Foil Donk autograph? You pick exactly what you want, no capsule gambling required. The system runs on tokens: you buy tokens, then redeem them for specific stickers. Prices are not fixed. They shift based on real-time collective demand across the player base.
When a particular sticker sees disproportionate purchases, its token price rises while others fall. Prices update after a large batch of stickers is sold, and the platform will warn you if an update is imminent while you are shopping. Every player worldwide sees the same token prices.
There is a price-drop protection mechanism built in. If any sticker you redeem drops by 25 tokens or more within 24 hours of your purchase, you receive an automatic token refund for the full difference. Refunds are credited to your token balance after one week.

How Token Purchasing Works
Tokens are only purchased at checkout when your balance falls short. You cannot pre-purchase them. The minimum token purchase is 100 tokens ($0.99 USD), and you will only ever be asked to buy the exact amount needed to complete your transaction. Sticker redemptions are final. If you cancel before activating tokens, those tokens are refundable. Once tokens are activated, they stay in your balance and can be redirected toward any other sticker or souvenir, but will not be refunded as cash.
Souvenir-O-Matic: Craft Your Own Souvenir
The souvenir system has been redesigned around player agency. Take any weapon of normal or souvenir quality from your inventory, select a completed match, and choose one of the players from that match. The weapon is permanently converted into a Souvenir with gold team, autograph, and map stickers applied. A preview is available before you confirm. Any existing stickers on the weapon are removed during crafting.
Souvenir prices are determined by two variables: the demand for the specific gold team and autograph stickers involved, and the rarity of the base weapon selected.
Pick’Em Challenge
Activate a Cologne 2026 Viewer Pass to receive a 2026 Cologne Major Challenge Coin. Correct picks in the Pick’Em Challenge upgrade the coin from Bronze through Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Each upgrade awards 300 tokens, redeemable for stickers or souvenirs.
Performance-Based Royalty Structure
50% of total Major Shop and Viewer Pass revenue is distributed as royalties among the tournament organizer, teams, and players. Before the Grand Final, royalty rates are based on each team’s VRS seeding entering the event. After the Grand Final, rates shift to reflect the final standings. For every team slot, half the royalty goes to the organization, and the remaining half is split equally among the five players.
