Team VitalityOne of December’s most anticipated CS:GO tournaments, BLAST Premier: World Final 2021, will take place without a crowd. It was announced by the tournament organizers on their Twitter. According to BLAST organizers, health is a priority for the tournament operator, so they did not put the health and lives of players and fans at risk. Instead, the tournament will be held at BLAST Studio in Copenhagen.
The #BLASTWorldFinal will take place as a LAN in a closed studio, as the health and safety of our teams, talent and staff is top priority.

The decision not to hold the tournament in LAN format with spectators is primarily due to the increasing incidence of COVID-19 in Denmark and around the world.
The studio format has a less spectacular show than the format with live spectators. Thus, BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2021, which was held at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen, was the last LAN tournament in 2021, which allowed the crowd.

By the way, Na’Vi coach Andrei “Blad3” Gorodenskiy said in one of the team’s VLOGs that he would like to play a LAN against Astralis with Danish fans in the arena.
It’s more interesting for the show to play with Astralis, and we, as a challenge, would be interested in playing with the Danish crowd.
BLAST Premier: World Final 2021 has a prize pool of $1,000,000. The tournament will feature 8 teams such as Gambit Esports, Natus Vincere, Heroic, G2 Esports, Team Liquid, Team Vitality, Ninjas in Pyjamas, and Astralis.
