The official video feed captured on camera multiple moments of the players and coaches of the Brazilians reacting very emotionally, in the typical manner, during almost every moment in the game which ended up in their favor.
MIBR fought well, but the Brazilian team played this tournament with two substitutes, because of the recent roster’s turmoil. These events negatively impacted the results of the team in this tournament.
In the end, the German squad managed to figure out the weaknesses of their opponents and defeat them with the 16:4 score on Mirage and 16:9 on Nuke. 2:0 — BIG moved on to the lower bracket finals, and the Brazilians entered the BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2021 event.

Both teams had a comparable amount of entries and clutches, but the highlight player of the first map was Nils “k1to” Gruhne. The 22-year-old German Counter-Strike talent managed to clutch and almost ace the opposing team in two of his best moments on the first map.
The second map of the match was Mirage and it was picked by NIP, who started on the T side. The first half ended with the close score between the two opposing teams — 7:8. In the second half, the score was 9:5 in favor of the Swedes. On the second map of the match, Danish Nicolai “device” Reedtz managed to top the scoreboard with 29 kills, but the other NIP member, the in-game leader, Hampus “hampus” Poser became the real man of the map. The third map was Inferno, and BIG could not do much on this map against the opposition. The second map was crucial for the NIP, as they managed to break their opponents mentally. The Swedish defense on the third map secured them 13 rounds against 2 wins from the Germans.
After the switch, BIG team managed to win pistol round and take a few rounds, before the Swedes finally finished the game and the match with the 16:5 score in their favor. 2:1 — NIP secure the $25,000 prize along with 1600 BLAST premier points and move on to the Fall Finals event.
