The Alliance, one of the leading multigaming esports organizations in the world, recently announced their partnership with another company, which is titled Boberg Esport.
The Swedish esports organization, competing in Dota 2 and widely recognized for its division’s success in the Valve’s game, decided to make a step into the other esports title of the US-based developer — competitive CS: GO scene.
For this move, Alliance partnered with Boberg Esport, which is the esports school for new and talented players.
The Swedish company works along Bobergsgymnasiet, with the aim of developing, implementing, and improving various esports educational programs.
The corresponding announcement in the blog post on the team’s official website quotes:

Together with Boberg we would be able to support, explore and re-define youth development in modern esports. Boberg can boast a six years history of developing esports development programs, aimed for the younger and talented gamers in high schools.

The newly signed CS: GO roster primarily aims to compete in online and local tournaments, and high school esports events.

The Alliance esports organization, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, is recognized by the esports fans around the world for their most famous result — placing first at The International Dota 2 event in 2013, when the Swedish roster, led by Jonathan “Loda” Berg, earned $1,437,190.
Loda’s team managed to beat the opposing Na’Vi Dota 2 team from Ukraine and CIS, with the closer 3:2 score in the finals of the event.
Talking about recent results, the team finished 13-16th in August at The International 2019 event in Shanghai, China. Alliance lost their match in the first lower bracket round of the tournament, with the 0:1 score against top Chinese Dota 2 team Royal Never Give Up, earning $514,951 in prize money.
The Alliance’s League of Legends team was one of the strongest LoL teams in the EU region. They managed to win the main regional event, EU LCS 2014 Summer, now part of LEC series, and also finish first at the EU LCS 2014 Summer Playoffs, beating Fnatic 3:1 and taking home $50,000. The organization’s LoL team then placed 9-11th at the Worlds event in 2014, earning a $45,000 prize.
The team currently has rosters in various esports titles, such as Dota 2, PUBG, Apex Legends, Valorant, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and Trackmania. The Swedes also previously had teams in Hearthstone, Super Smash Bros., Fortnite, and StarCraft II.
