BOOM Esports took at fifth and seventh places during the first and the second DPC Southeast Asia Seasons. They had one last chance to join to the The International 10 passing the SEA regional qualifiers but fell to TNC Predator in the lower bracket finals.
The Indonesian squad recently parted ways with their carry Randy “Dreamocel” Sapoetra and fourth position Brizio “Hyde” Putra. Also BOOM’s captain Alfi “Khezcute” Nelphyana decided to retire from professional Dota.
At the same time Skem parted ways with OB Neon Esports that also saw John “Natsumi-” Vargas and Erin “Yopaj” Ferrer leave the squad.
