RES Season 4 is a qualification tournament between european teams, that will be online, and 8 teams will go head to head to fight for 2 spots at RES Eastern European Masters. Out of the 8 teams, 4 were invited by the organization from the tournament. 500, iNation, Nexus Gaming and Partizan Esports, but the other 4 teams came from several qualifiers.

Bluejays came from the Adriatic Qualifier, featuring 24 teams on a single elimination bracket, that went on all BO1 matches, until we get the final 4, and without any second chances, Bluejays managed to win every single game and get the qualification for RES Season 4.

TENSTAR came from the Easters qualifier, featuring 21 teams, and once again, a single elimination bracket with all matches being BO1, where just the team that was undefeated and won every single map, without dropping a single one was able to move forward to RES Season 4, and that team was TENSTAR. 

Last but not least, we had 2 teams qualifying from the open qualifier, featuring 44 teams, and once again, all BO1 matches, and the undefeated team from the tournament was Grgechi, however, the team that lost in the grand final against them, Voyvoda, also managed to get qualification, even though they lost in the last game, they were the fourth and last team getting the qualification. 

At the main tournament, all 8 teams had to face each other, on a double elimination tournament, where all matches were BO3, and only 2 defeats will get you eliminated from the competition, so we have a lower bracket, which is like a second chance without getting eliminated straight away. All invited teams will play against a single qualified team randomly at the first round of the playoffs, the first round of upper bracket and the losers will drop into the lower bracket. The winner from the upper bracket final, the undefeated team of the tournament will be the first team at the grand final, and will face the loser from the lower bracket final, which will have the loser from the upper bracket final. Both these teams, reaching the grand final, no matter the result, will be qualified for the RES Eastern European Masters.
