Elisa Open Suomi Season 4 is C-Tier tournament occurring in Finland only with Finnish teams, 6 team rosters will go head to head facing each other fighting for a 5.000 dollars prize pool, the tournament will be held on LAN on Tampere Exhibition and Sports Center from Tampere in Finland. The tournament will start in the beginning of March until the end of the same month. The tournament has 6 teams at total and all of them have to come from the Online Stage.
The online stage was composed by 10 teams, Conquer Gaming, ENCE Academy, Enhanced Esports Club and JANO Esports were invited teams, Exen Esports and TMVG came from Open qualifier 1, Masterclass and Team Bob came from Open Qualifier 2, glaani and Kusamo.gg came from Open Qualifier 3. These 10 teams were split in 2 groups of 5, where we had 2 single round-robin format groups, which means each time will play against each other twice, and each team will play a total of 4 matches, all the matches being BO3. The top 3 teams from each group, a total of 6 advanced into LAN Finals, while the other 4 teams were eliminated.
However, there is a slight difference at the regular stage, because the winners from each group will only start playing at the semifinals, while the other 4 teams will face each other at the quarterfinals. All matches are BO3 and this is a single elimination bracket, you lose you are out, there are no second chances. The second placed from group A will play against the first placed from group B and the winner from that match will play against Jano Esports, while the third placed from group A will play against the second placed from group B and the winner from that match will play against ENCE Academy. The winners from the semifinals will play against each other at the grand finals and the winner from the grand finals will receive the biggest prize of 2.500 dollars, and be one of the best teams in Finland. Remember the last winner from Season 3 was Havu Gaming after a 2-0 win against ENCE Academy.
