The North American organization also later hinted at an upcoming new announcement in this regard, and that it will occur as soon as possible.
It was reported earlier that one of the best female CS: GO pros, Julia “juliano” Kiran, was one of the first from XSET players to announce her retirement from professional Counter-Strike and transition to the Riot Games’ new and exciting competitive FPS title — Valorant.
The 27-year-old Swede, who is arguably one of the best female Counter-Strike riflers in the world, played professionally in both CS 1.6 and CS: GO, was one of the first members on the XSET’s CS: GO roster to announce her transition to the newer esports title.
The XSET esports organization previously signed one of the best female CS: GO teams in the world, the international female CS: GO squad, which included players such as juliano and Zainab Turkie, known as zAAz. The CS team’s acquisition happened almost a year ago, in November 2020.
juliano’s squad holds a record prefect 21-0 streak against the opposing female CS: GO rosters in the official matches, and the map score is 40-2 in favor of the former XSET’s team.
One of the latest NA organization’s biggest tournament achievements was when their female CS: GO roster, led by juliano, in one of the matches, won against the other female CS: GO team — Galaxy Racer Fe, the Arab–Russian esports organization. Kiran’s team beat their opponents with the 2:1 score in the final match of the DreamHack Showdown Winter 2020: Europe and secured their victory in the CS: GO tournament.
