TNC holdings
The Philippine organization has some solid infrastructure in the country.
The TNC company’s assets include the TNC Cyber Cafe franchise, established in 2007.
The franchise was previously known as TheNet.Com — one of the fastest growing internet cafe chains in the Philippines.
Another related venture of the company is the TNC Premium Cafe.
It is a mix of coffee shop, combined with the cyber cafe area — a place where you can eat, drink, and use high end computers with broadband internet connection for gaming, studying, or even working needs.
The TNC holdings also include their main esports asset — the TNC Predator esports organization.
The esports team started its history in 2013, when the organization had rosters competing in various esports titles, primarily MOBAs, such as DotA Allstars, Dota 2, and League of Legends.
TNC Dota 2
The organization finished 7-8th at The International event in 2016, when the team lost 1:2 to Digital Chaos, later known as Chaos Esports Club, and earned $519,262.
One of the best Dota 2 teams, the roster’s biggest achievement was earning $800,000 at the WESG event, the World Electronic Sports Games in 2016, where they finished first, beating Cloud9 in the finals in January 2017.
The next International in 2017 was less successful for the Dota 2 team from the SEA region. The team managed to finish only 9-12th place, losing 0:2 to OG in their final game of the tournament and taking home $370,319.
2019 Season

TNC became the WESG champions, as they won 2:0 in the finals against Keen Gaming and earned $500,000.
The TNC’s Dota 2 squad then finished 9-12th at The International 2019, losing 0:2 to Netherlands-based Team Liquid, an international squad of Dota 2 players, who then formed their own esports organization — Team Nigma.
The Philippine Dota 2 organization managed to earn about $700,000 for their loss at the main event on the Dota 2 esports landscape in 2019.
Then they won ESL One Hamburg in October 2019, grabbing $125,000 from the whole $300,000 prize fund. TNC beat Gambit Esports with the close 3:2 score in the finals.
The team came first at the MDL Chengdu Major, part of Mars Dota 2 League Series tournament, which was held next month, in November 2019. The squad defeated one of the top Chinese Dota 2 teams, Vici Gaming — 3:1 in the finals of the event, taking home $300,000 prize money.
