Russian organization Team Empire sent all Dota 2 team, including the coach, to inactive.
This decision is due to bad results of the team during the DPC season. Team Empire failed to qualify for The International after the end of the DPC league. They made a few replacements and played a few tournaments, but the result was still disappointing.
Team Empire sport exec Alexander “StrangeR” Solomonov noted that the changes in the roster would be global.
The community talks a lot about the possible transfer of the main star of Team Empire – midlaner Gleb “depressed kid” Ziryanov to a stronger team. However, commentators on social networks are convinced that the changes will happen only after the results of teams from Eastern Europe on TI.
Solomonov assured the community that, for now, depressed kid remains as part of the Team Empire.
Regarding Depressed kid, I’ve already said and I’ll repeat that at the moment he stays in Team Empire.
The organization will reveal the details of the changes in the team immediately after TI10.
