OG has parted ways with Marc Polo “Raven” Fausto, Erin “Yopaj” Ferrer and Timothy “TIMS” Randrup, closing out a turbulent season that still ended with a trip to The International 2026. The move signals the start of a broader rebuild for the organization’s Southeast Asian Dota 2 project.
The organization confirmed the exits through a social media statement, thanking the trio for their work across a campaign it described as full of highs and lows.
After a whirlwind season composed of many ups and downs, OG Esports would today like to thank @TimsDOTA, @ravendoto, and @Yopajdota for their spirit and contributions throughout. We wish them all the best for the season ahead and hope to see them on LAN soon.
John “Natsumi-” Vargas and Andrei “skem” Ong remain the only two players from the roster whose status has not yet been addressed. Their futures with OG stay unresolved for now.
A Season Defined by Change
OG entered 2026 having redirected its Dota 2 program toward Southeast Asia, but stability proved elusive. The roster shifted multiple times over the year. Raven joined ahead of the International qualifiers, stepping in for Nikko once OG’s short-lived run with TORONTOTOKYO ended.
The lineup still delivered on its core objective. OG beat Grind Back 3-1 in the Southeast Asian qualifier grand final, securing the region’s sole berth at The International 2026.
A Short Stay in Shanghai
The trip to Dota 2’s premier event did not last long. OG struggled through the group stage, closing with a 1-4 series record. Their single win came against HULIGANI, but a 0-2 loss to GamerLegion sent them out of the tournament in 14th-15th place.
OG now faces the task of rebuilding around Natsumi- and skem, if they choose to stay, while searching for three new pieces to fit the vision. Stick with TipsGG for updates as the roster takes shape ahead of next season.
