After the thrilling Champions League matches, it’s time to return to domestic leagues. On the last days of November, 29 and 30, a huge amount of action awaits us on Europe’s football pitches. To avoid getting lost and missing anything important, the TipsGG analyst team has prepared predictions and bets on the most interesting weekend matches.
Bayern Munich vs St. Pauli
Bayern approach the game as the confident league leaders: the team maintain a high tempo, continue collecting points and have been at the top of the table for a record period. Their home winning streak and stable play keep the rhythm even after the midweek Champions League defeat to Arsenal. Squad limitations do not change the overall model, and depth allows them to maintain intensity and pressure throughout the match.
St. Pauli are in a different state: an eight-game losing streak and problems with goalscoring create a difficult background. The team rarely create chances, and frequent goalless matches increase the tension. Isolated improvements do not change the overall picture, as inconsistency in key lines and potential absences complicate rebuilding.
Against such contrasting dynamics, the meeting promises to be under clear control of the hosts, who maintain tempo and confidence, while the guests continue fighting to regain basic reliability and efficiency.
Bet: Bayern to Win Both Halves – Yes (odds 1.75)
Sunderland – Bournemouth
Neighbors in the standings meet at the Stadium of Light, where the Black Cats have looked extremely confident this season — unbeaten at home (2 wins and 3 draws). Bournemouth’s situation is the opposite: only one away win with three defeats and two draws.
Considering Sunderland’s strong home form and the Cherries’ away struggles, I believe the hosts are capable of extending their unbeaten run.
Bet: Sunderland Double Chance (1X) + Total Under 3.5 (odds 2.05)
Monaco vs PSG
Both teams played tough and high-scoring Champions League matches: four goals were scored in Monaco’s game, while PSG’s match ended with eight goals in total.
The Monegasques under Pokonjoli still cannot find consistency: results alternate and confidence is sorely lacking. Meanwhile, PSG under Luis Enrique demonstrate stable quality and control in most matches.
In their current form, Monaco are unlikely to stop the Parisians. So without overcomplicating things, I go for the favorite’s victory.
Bet: PSG to Win (odds 1.60)
Bayer Leverkusen vs Borussia Dortmund
The central match of the Bundesliga round. A battle for a higher place in the top four, but also a kind of rehearsal for the cup match, as in a few days the teams will play for a quarter-final spot in Dortmund.
Currently, Bayer have a clear home advantage, especially given recent results — four wins in a row. Under the current coach, the Pharmacists are in very good rhythm and hardly stumble. At the same time, Dortmund are no worse, regularly collecting points in the league. They also won in the Champions League midweek, so the guests are full of confidence.
Leverkusen will be proactive at home, but in recent years games against Borussia have not been easy — just one win in six meetings. The Bumblebees, in turn, know how to punish mistakes, though they have stopped protecting leads, conceding late goals. Thus, a boring battle is unlikely — expect goals and intrigue until the end.
Bet: Total Over 2.5 + Both Teams to Score – Yes (odds 1.7)
Everton vs Newcastle United
In recent years, the Toffees have been an uncomfortable opponent for the Magpies — since April 2023, Newcastle won only once, while Everton claimed two victories and two draws.
Newcastle approach the match after a draining Champions League game against Marseille. Moreover, Eddie Howe’s team perform extremely inconsistently away — only 3 points earned, one of the worst records in the Premier League.
Considering Newcastle’s tendency to struggle away and the head-to-head history, the logical bet is the hosts not losing combined with a low goal count.
Bet: Everton Double Chance (1X) + Total Under 3.5 (odds 1.93)
Milan vs Lazio
Milan have dropped quite a few points recently but corrected it with the latest derby win over Inter (1:0). The team had to withstand pressure and capitalize on even small opponent mistakes. Overall, Allegri this season has shown the ability to set Milan up well against big opponents. This is an advantage for the Rossoneri, especially given their freedom from European competitions.
Lazio themselves have quietly gained momentum, losing just once in their last eight games. It is clear the team are becoming more stable under Maurizio Sarri’s requirements. For the coach, such matches surely carry extra weight, especially considering negative results against Massimiliano Allegri.
We are in for a meeting of teams that pay a lot of attention to defense, which will affect goalscoring, and the three hard-earned points will go to Milan.
Bet: Milan to Win + Total Under 3.5 (odds 2.10)
Real Sociedad vs Villarreal
After an unsuccessful start to the season, Real Sociedad have gradually found rhythm and approach the round in great spirits, unbeaten in their last six matches across all competitions. Importantly, the White-and-Blues are not playing in Europe this season, so unlike most rivals fighting for European spots, they have a much easier schedule. This definitely plays in their favor.
Villarreal currently sit third in La Liga, trailing the leaders by just three points. However, their Champions League situation looks catastrophic: one draw and five defeats in six rounds. Emotionally, such performances hardly add confidence.
Last season, head-to-head meetings saw one Sociedad win and one draw. And that was in a season that can hardly be called successful for the White-and-Blues.
Despite being favorites according to bookmakers, Villarreal will have a tough time. The midweek Champions League match left its mark, and the team’s overall form is hard to call stable. Sociedad, meanwhile, come in fresh, in good tone and with positive mood. I suggest playing on the hosts’ good form and squad freshness.
Bet: Real Sociedad Handicap (0) (odds 2.04)
Nottingham Forest vs Brighton & Hove Albion
Since Sean Dyche’s arrival, the Foresters seem reborn — 4 wins, 2 draws and only one defeat across all competitions. On Thursday, Nottingham confidently dismantled Malmö 3:0, even resting key players. Dyche’s trademark is disciplined defense: only in two of the last five matches did the Reds concede. A three-match winning streak only boosts confidence.
Brighton sit in the upper part of the table but have earned only 5 of 18 points away. The Seagulls play entertaining football but clearly lack consistency on the road.
The hosts are in excellent shape right now, and the streak can easily continue. I suggest a safer option — with zero handicap.
Bet: Nottingham Forest Handicap (0) (odds 1.98)
Roma vs Napoli
Roma played a Europa League match against Danish Midtjylland on Thursday, securing a win. It became their fourth consecutive victory, indicating growth under Gasperini. A much tougher match against Napoli awaits. The Partenopei are one of Roma’s most uncomfortable opponents, and Gasperini has struggled against Antonio Conte.
Napoli, after poor games against Como and Bologna, had internal emotions boiling, but Antonio Conte continues working with the team after a turbulent week. After the international break, the Neapolitans beat Atalanta and Qarabag. Now Conte’s task is to continue chasing first place, but it will be difficult due to a large number of key injured players.
We are in for a clash of equal teams that will avoid unnecessary risks and play cautiously both in defense and attack.
Bet: Total Shots Under 24.5 (odds 1.77)
