That’s unacceptable for a side that’s hoping to make it to the playoffs, never mind one that was probably looking at making it to the later rounds. Other than Neon and Vetheo, everyone in the side averages over 3.43 deaths this season. The coaches and players need to come together and figure out what the source of the problem is soon.
G2 Esports
The defending spring champions are one of the best sides in the league, but we mentioned in a previous piece that they can be a really frustrating side in the round robin stages – their defeat to SK Gaming only solidified that belief. It seems G2 are only at their best in playoff situations, but might not have that luxury if they don’t turn things around quickly against Misfits, who now have the same number of wins as them and are battling to move up in this little mid-table joust.
They’re still managing more kills per game than any other side in the league with 15.6 per game. caPs, the mid laner, best exemplifies their aggressive approach. He has averaged 4.19 kills per game, 2.68 deaths per game, 6.16 assists with a KDA of 3.87.
