League of Legends European Championship is a part of the four major regions of League's pro scene. Returning after a short post-MSI hiatus, LEC is back for the second and final part of the regular split, Summer 2022. The split features 10 teams competing in a double round-robin system, with the top-6 competitors becoming eligible for the event's playoffs.

Without a doubt, the second half of this season will feature a rematch between the region's two strongest rosters: G2 Esports and Rogue. While Rogue's brilliant regular split results didn't save them from getting swept by G2 Esports in the Grand Finals, the team will surely seek vengeance for that in the second half of the 2022 season.
