The current roster of Galaxy Esports has cut ties with the Indian organization due to “excess delays” on payments. This announcement came from team manager Divyanshu “LONE” Singh after the roster’s win against BLEED in Stage 2 MY/SG: Challengers Playoffs.

XERXIAIn a twit longer by Galaxy Esports owner and founder Starkyy, the main reason for the delay in payment to the players was that the organization was struggling to find an alternative method of providing payments for their players. According to Starkyy, the main method of paying with PayPal would deduct the team’s payment in form of taxes and external transactional charges. To bypass this issue, the organization tried to move its payments over to Wise. With drawbacks and delays in getting the money processed and sent to the players, the roster decided to part ways with the organization.
Used Wise as a payment method, the app held my payment for a long time and then canceled it, at this point its been 10 days late, players being impatient rightfully, lost faith in org and left. I still have the money in the bank but sad it is what it is https://t.co/HmA0GJuVnd

After parting ways with Galaxy Esports, the roster will return as No Namers. No Namers rose to prominence in Stage 1 MY/SG: Challengers, managing to make it to the upper bracket finals against Paper Rex, and qualifying for the Stage 1 APAC: Challengers Playoffs. Their stellar performance would continue until they would eventually get knocked out by BOOM Esports and CERBERUS Esports, respectively.
Just before the start of Stage 2 MY/SG: Challengers Group Stage, the roster signed with Galaxy Esports where they would finish as the fourth seed. Unfortunately, No Namers would fail to qualify for Stage 2 APAC: Challengers Playoffs after losing the rematch against BLEED in the lower bracket.
Despite their shortcomings, No Namers is currently:
- Gordon “DxN” Lek
- Felipe “skye” Skye Lim
- Song “Shun” Lin Han
- Pierre “Tempz” Heng
- Rodman “Vera” Yap
- Divyanshu “LONE” Singh (Manager)
- Bayu “Folkslore” Dwi (Coach)
