BetBoom’s 2025 Momentum

It’s been a year of highs for BetBoom. In June, the squad lifted the trophy at PGL Wallachia Season 5, taking down Gaimin Gladiators 3–1 in the Grand Finals. Just two months earlier, they swept the same rival 3–0 to win FISSURE Universe Episode 4.

BetBoom also has BLAST Slam history. While their runs at Slam II and III fell short, the team triumphed at the inaugural Slam, defeating Tundra Esports 3–1. Can lightning strike twice? With their current form, fans won’t be ruling it out.

What to Expect at BLAST Slam IV

The action kicks off with an online Group Stage (Oct 14–19), played in a best-of-one round robin. The top two squads will punch straight into the Semi-finals, while teams ranked 3rd–8th battle it out in the Play-In. The bottom four? They’ll be fighting for survival in the Last Chance Playoffs.

From there, two teams will claw their way back into the Play-In, with only four slots in the Quarter-finals up for grabs. The stakes ramp up on November 7, when the single-elimination Playoffs begin, building to a winner-takes-all Grand Final on November 9.

BLAST Slam IV is shaping up as one of the most stacked Dota 2 events of the year — and with BetBoom in the mix, expect fireworks.
