The top 6 teams out of the 8 will advance directly into the playoffs stage.

In the playoffs stage, we will have a double elimination bracket, with all matches being BO5, meaning that we will have second chances for teams already with a single loss in this competition, because only 2 losses will get you out of the competition, 1 loss will get you into the lower bracket. The top 4 teams from the group stage leaderboard will be facing each other in the upper bracket quarterfinals, the first placed from the group stage will be facing the fourth placed, and the second placed from the group stage will be facing the third placed, the losers from both those matches will be facing the fifth and sixth placed from the group stage respectively in the lower bracket, where the losers will be the first two teams eliminated from the competition. The winner from the upper bracket finals will be the first team qualifying into the Grand Finals, and will be the undefeated team of the tournament so far, while the lower bracket final´s winner will also go into the grand finals, and will be a team already with a loss in this competition. The winner from that thrilling BO5 Grand Final, will be crowned Division of Honor Opening 2023, and will win the biggest total amount of prize in money. But besides all of that, the big winner will get a free ticket and qualify for the Regional Norte 2023.
