PSV Eindhoven appear to be on the verge of landing Romanian winger Dennis Man from Parma, with reports suggesting both clubs are edging toward an agreement. According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the final fee is expected to be around €8 million — slightly below Parma’s original €10 million asking price.
Bringing in a direct, versatile winger has been a top priority for the Dutch champions this summer, especially after the exits of Noa Lang to Napoli for €25 million and Johan Bakayoko to RB Leipzig for €18 million. Dennis Man, at 26, brings experience, work rate, and end product — all crucial for filling the attacking void.
Since arriving at Parma in January 2021 from FCSB for €11 million, Man has carved out a consistent role. He’s made 142 appearances, notching 28 goals and 17 assists across all competitions. While Parma may not have reached their Serie A aspirations during his stay, Man has remained one of their standout performers.
For PSV, this deal represents smart squad-building. Man offers Champions League experience, a high work rate on the flanks, and positional flexibility — capable of operating on either wing or even as a second striker when needed. If finalised, it would be another calculated move in PSV’s reshaping of their frontline.
