With the conclusion of MSI, all the major regions can expect a storm of change in the in-between-season shuffle.

EDward GamingLPL, as per tradition, are the ones to approach it with the most enthusiasm. Many teams have already announced changes to their main rosters – surprisingly, this includes the back-to-back MSI champions, Royal Never Give Up.
This list will most likely be updated in the short future.
Royal Never Give Up (RNG)
With their success at MSI 2022 where they dismantled the hyped-up stars of LCK, breaking the international streak of the Korean team against RNG, the sudden roster changes came out of the left field. Especially considering that it was Bin‘s Gwen that played a vital part in T1’s downfall in the grand final. Still, the decision was made: RNG and Bilibili Gaming swapped toplaners, with Breathe now replacing Bin in RNG’s ranks.
Not satisfied with being just good, RNG set its sights on the highest trophy after their historical performance on MSI.
Full roster:
Toplane: Breathe
Jungle: Wei
Midlane: Xiaohu
Botlane: GALA
Support: Ming
EDward Gaming
For one of the biggest oldies in the Chinese league, June is looking turbulent with the player rotations. Xiaoxiang, who has been playing as one of the organization’s toplaners ever since 2019, is leaving for Thundertalk Gaming, which means that Flandre is now totally in control of that position – which isn’t surprising as Flandre has seen way more action across LPL 2022 Spring Playoffs and regular season.
JunJia, who previously played as the team’s substitute and main jungler, rejoins the organization after making a swap from Rare Atom.
EDG also receive an upgrade in the coaching department as two of its Youth Gaming coaches – Ziv and Mni – now join the main roster.
The updated player roster will head into 2022 Summer Split as follows:
Toplane: Flandre
Jungle: JunJia
Midlane: Scout
Botlane: Viper
Support: Meiko
Substitutes:
Sub-support: Bunny
Rare Atom
For Rare Atom, the things stay perfectly balanced, just like their regular season score. Aside from JunJia, their substitute jungler, leaving for EDward Gaming, there are no player roster changes. However, RA do acquire new coaching and management staff as their former Head Coach, Endless, rejoins the organization after a half-year hiatus. Water (Assistant Coach), Dong Dong (Manager), ee (Leader) join RA ranks as well.
Rare Atom’s lineup for the 2022 Summer:
Toplane: Cube
Jungle: Leyan
Midlane: Strive
Botlane: iBoy
Support: yuyanjia
Substitutes:
Sub-jungle: Fy
Sub-support: Zorah

The reigning MSI champions, RNG, are not planning to rest on the laurels as indicated by the mid-season roster change.

Now that’s the spicy one. With the team finishing the regular split dead last, it was entirely expected that we would see enormous changes. The roster is undergoing massive readjustments – almost rebuilding from scratch – all while bringing LCK imports such as Hoya. The former DWG.Kia player will have to prove himself as he’s joined by a toplane colleague Xiaoxiang, who formerly played for EDward Gaming. Xiao17 (formerly Joy Dream’s) joins the team as the jungle together with Beichuan (formerly FunPlus Phoenix). On the botlane, Kepler joins the organization straight from Victory Five’s academy.
If all these player rotations weren’t enough, the org is also rebuilding its coaching hierarchy by acquiring a new Analyst (KBG), Leader (Huhu), and promoting Heart to the Head Coach position.
TT Gaming confirmed player lineup:
Toplane: Hoya, Xiaoxiang
Jungle: Beichuan, Xiao17
Mid: Ucal
Botlane: Kepler , Puff
Support: Southwind
Substitutes:
Sub-support: Yaoyao
Team WE
Spring 2022 Split wasn’t quite successful for Team WE as they finished in 15th place with a score of 4-12. As the team hopes to readjust to the next split, we see Smlz join the org as the botlaner, with Reheal (who now has changed his name to just heal) as the support. In addition, the team’s jungler View and botlaner Stay move to the organization’s academy roster.
With the following changes, the team’s roster enters Summer 2022 as follows:
Toplane: Biubiu
Jungle: beishang
Mid: Shanks, xiye
Botlane: Smlz, Xing
Support: heal, Kedaya
Substitutes:
Sub-mid: Teacherma
Oh My God
After the organization narrowly missed the playoffs by finishing in 11th place, it was time for a change. And for OMG, the change is huge with changes in three roles. Previously EDward Gaming Youth’s 0909 joins OMG as the midlaner, while the team’s support role welcomes Jerry, Victory Five academy, and main roster substitute player. M1kuya, OMG’s substitute player who played top, leaves and becomes a free agent.
Finalized OMG roster:
Toplane: shanji
Jungle: Aki
Mid: 0909, Creme
Botlane: Able
Support: COLD, Jerry

One of the region’s top teams should be feeling pretty good about themselves, so no sweeping changes are announced ahead of the Summer Split. Still, we have a bit of movement confirmed as Decade ascends from the organization’s academy to the main roster after his 3-month-long downward trip. Does Decade really have what it takes to overshadow TheShy this time?
Full roster:
Toplane: Decade, TheShy
Jungle: SofM
Mid: Angel
Botlane: huanfeng
Support: ON, SwordArt
