Watford made a swift change, appointing Javi Gracia on October 8 after Paulo Pezzolano left on October 8. Blackpool also acted quickly, hiring Ian Evatt on October 21 following Steve Bruce‘s exit on October 4.
League One and Two Shuffle
Peterborough experienced a managerial merry-go-round, with Darren Ferguson leaving on October 25 and Luke Williams arriving on October 29. Reading made a swift move, hiring Leam Richardson on October 28 after Noel Hunt departed on October 26.
Luton saw Matt Bloomfield leave on October 6, with Jack Wilshere taking over on October 13. Sutton United also made a change, appointing Chris Agutter on October 2 after Steve Morison left on September 17.
