Juventus have agreed a loan with obligation to buy deal for Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain, with Sky Sport Italia reporting the fixed fee at €38m plus up to €12m in add-ons.
French sources confirmed earlier that the deal was done and the player was expected to fly to Turin within 48 hours to undergo a medical and sign his contract. Italian reports followed with the financial breakdown of an agreement that had taken months of negotiations, repeatedly appearing close to collapse before finally being resolved.
The obligation to buy is conditional. It activates only if Juventus qualify for any European competition at the end of the season, a key shift from the original sticking point, which required Champions League qualification specifically.
Sky Sport Italia transfer analyst Gianluca Di Marzio places the total at €38m covering the loan and purchase fee, with up to €12m available in performance-related add-ons. Kolo Muani is set to sign a five-year deal worth €5.5m per season, with a further €1.5m available through personal bonuses.
Transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano describes the package in broader terms as worth over €43m, while Alfredo Pedulla puts the ceiling at €50m once all bonuses are factored in, though some of those are considered difficult to trigger.
PSG paid €95m to sign Kolo Muani from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023. He never justified that outlay at the Parc des Princes, spending the first half of 2025 on loan at Juventus before a subsequent spell at Tottenham Hotspur last season. The permanent move to Turin now brings a formal end to his time in Paris.
