Juventus Part Ways with Tudor
Juventus have relieved manager Igor Tudor of his duties following a disappointing defeat to Lazio.
The Croatian coach, who joined the club in March as a replacement for Thiago Motta, oversaw a dismal eight-match winless streak. This slump has left the Turin giants languishing in eighth place in the Serie A table.
Sunday’s loss to Lazio marked the team’s third consecutive defeat across all competitions.
The club thanks Igor Tudor and his entire staff for their professionalism and dedication over the past few months and wishes them all the best for their future careers.
Juventus announced that Massimiliano Brambilla will take temporary charge for their upcoming Serie A fixture against Udinese on Wednesday (17:30 GMT).
The Old Lady now trail leaders Napoli by six points and have failed to secure a win in their last five league matches.
In the Champions League, Juventus sit 25th in the group stage table, with one loss and two draws from their opening three matches.
