ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 Schedule: Dates, Groups & Venues

The ICC confirmed the full tournament line-up and fixtures in late 2025, with India and Sri Lanka co-hosting for the second time after 2016 and 2012 respectively.

Format & What’s New

This tenth edition features 20 teams split into four groups of five, followed by the Super 8, semi-finals and final. Italy make their T20 World Cup debut, underlining the event’s growing footprint.

India arrive as defending champions after winning the 2024 title in Barbados.
