Dendi was kicked out of his own B8 team. The relevant information appeared on the website where Dota 2 teams register for the DPC season. The B8 organization did not give any comment on their Twitter for some time, but later on their Twitter feed, B8 explained that Danylo did not leave his own team.
The fact is that last season, B8 hosted players from a ready-made stack called XacJlepbI (Hustlers) led by NoFear. The XacJlepbI team had its manager under the nickname Tony, who registered the players in the DPC system under their new tag B8. According to the organization, the manager simply did not want to negotiate a slot transfer to B8.
Thus, the former manager of XacJlepbI is the owner of the slot in the DPC system and he has the full right to dispose of it at his will. This situation tells us that Dendi was simply taken away from the DPC system and B8 will not be able to start next season directly in the second division. Now Dendi and the team he assembles will have to play open qualifiers to get into the lower division.
This state of affairs may discourage potentially strong players from playing in B8 with Dendi, as it is much harder to pass the open qualifiers than to play in the DPC league straight away.
B8 commented on the incident in their Twitter feed and stated that this sad situation will make the young organization stronger.
We don't want to argue nor waste time on it now. Our main focus is Dota2 roster.
This situation makes our young organisation stronger, because we learn on such mistakes. It may sound weird, but we are sure it will effect us in a better way, at least we are smarter now.
