Six fixtures across five competitions fill the weekend of 31 October and 1 November, from a London meeting of two faded giants on Saturday to a Milan derby that still decides the mood of a whole city. The six football betting tips below come from Oleksandr Halian, Sports Data Manager, and Oleksii Svyrydov, TipsGG Sports & Esports Expert, who have split the weekend between them. Prices run from 1.59 at the short end to 2.17 at the long one, and an odds converter will translate either figure into the format you read best. TipsGG publishes free football predictions with pre-match odds for the Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, La Liga and Ligue 1. Title races, European places and a couple of managerial futures all hang on these two days, and three of the six calls deliberately sit on tighter, lower-scoring markets rather than straight outcomes.

Chelsea vs Manchester United Prediction
Stamford Bridge hosts a meeting of two legendary clubs who have both slipped from their former standing, in matchday 9 of the Premier League.
Neither side can point to a run of consistent results. Chelsea at least alternate convincing performances with outright flops, while Manchester United have gone eight matches without a win.
Xabi Alonso‘s team are far better at home: four wins, one draw and one defeat. Games at Stamford Bridge also tend to entertain — only two fixtures there have finished under 2.5 goals.
The Red Devils are in a deeply troubled spell, with the clouds gathering over head coach Michael Carrick. According to numerous insiders, he will be dismissed during the November international break.
In a meeting of two inconsistent teams, it is the hosts who look like the favourites. It is hard to see anything rescuing this United side from the free fall they are in.
Prediction: Chelsea to win – 1.80
Milan vs Inter Betting Tips
San Siro stages the 240th Milan derby in history, the centrepiece of matchday 10 in Serie A.
Results have clearly favoured Inter in recent years — three league titles against one for their neighbours, plus regular deep runs in the Champions League. Historically the Nerazzurri also hold a slim edge: 87 wins to 83 for Milan, with a further 69 draws.
The Rossoneri have shown decent form under Ruben Amorim, but it is too early to talk about stability. Two defeats in their last five matches underline that.
Inter arrive on a four-match winning run, as league leaders and reigning Italian champions. Curiously, despite their better overall results, the Nerazzurri last beat Milan back in 2024. The seven competitive meetings since have brought five Milan wins and two draws.
As mentioned above, Milan have not been convincing across the season so far. Inter are not always persuasive either, but their results are the more stable of the two. I think both teams will find the net and Inter will avoid defeat.
Prediction: Inter not to lose (X2) & both teams to score – Yes – 1.93
Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund Odds & Pick
A clash between two German heavyweights, one of the weekend’s marquee fixtures and the traditional Klassiker.
Bayern Munich come in after a crushing cup win over Magdeburg (6:1). Even with Ballon d’Or 2026 winner Harry Kane spending the whole game on the bench, the side of Vincent Kompany — who was in hospital with health problems at the time of the match — were ruthless: Olise scored twice and added an assist, with Saibari, Davies, Brown and Daiber also on target.
Borussia Dortmund also won their latest German Cup tie, though far more arduously, beating Werder (3:2). The visitors controlled the first half fairly comfortably, but a brace from former Dortmund forward Niclas Füllkrug nearly forced extra time. Only a perfectly struck free-kick from Marcel Sabitzer in stoppage time sent the black-and-yellows through.
The teams meet level on points — 17 each after 7 rounds — sharing top spot on tie-breakers alone.
In my view the Munich side are the clear favourites. Bayern have the stronger attacking potential and are at home, and Harry Kane, buoyed by his Ballon d’Or, will be extra motivated. Still, I would not write off Dortmund, because this team always knows how to raise itself for a hostile away battle.
Prediction: Bayern to win & both teams to score – 2.17
Racing Santander vs Real Madrid Preview
Racing took a home win over Espanyol (2:1) in the last round of La Liga. The Santander side were better both at creating and at finishing chances (23 shots to 11 and 2.27 xG). The visitors went ahead during the game, but the green-and-whites responded through a precise strike from Jhanuel Belocian from outside the box, and on 84 minutes Yassir Zabiri scored the winner after chaos in the area from a corner, completing the comeback. That success lifted them to 13th place with 11 points.
Real Madrid travel in excellent emotional shape after their El Clásico triumph over Barcelona (2:1). José Mourinho‘s men claimed a hugely important win at Camp Nou, where the main heroes were Kylian Mbappé with a brace and Andriy Lunin with several outstanding saves. Mbappé’s winner arrived on 86 minutes, converting a cut-back from Eduardo Camavinga after a lightning counter-attack. Mourinho’s plan worked perfectly: Madrid were more aggressive out of possession and their quick breaks repeatedly cut through the Catalan defence. The win cut the gap to the Blaugrana to 3 points.
Real have no moral right in front of their supporters to throw away everything that was so hard-won in El Clásico, so they will face a La Liga newcomer fully switched on and focused only on three points in the title chase. I expect a comfortable away win.
Prediction: Real Madrid handicap (-1.5) – 1.59
Liverpool vs Arsenal Match Tips
The Merseysiders reached the EFL Cup quarter-finals after a tense shootout against Chelsea (1:1, pens 6:5). Andoni Iraola‘s side showed resilience: they answered Morgan Rogers‘ first-half penalty with a spot-kick of their own from Cody Gakpo. Despite an even and cautious finish to normal time, the lottery went the way of the Reds. In the league, after 8 rounds Liverpool sit 4th with 15 points.
The Gunners, meanwhile, suffered a sensational EFL Cup defeat to League Two side Fleetwood Town (1:1, pens 3:5). Arteta named a less than optimal line-up, yet even that group should have been enough for the reigning English champions and Champions League finalists. For all their total control of the game, the Gunners could not break down the underdog in normal time, and fortune deserted them from the spot. Given Arsenal‘s crowded calendar and their ambitions in the priority competitions, an early exit from the League Cup may even help — the key is to draw the right conclusions and avoid a repeat.
Neither team has been especially productive at the start of the season: on average their matches have produced a little over 2 goals per game. On top of that comes a congested schedule with midweek cup ties. Arteta’s well-drilled Arsenal are nominally the stronger side, and they will run into the pressure of the Anfield stands. I think both teams will prioritise the result and sacrifice entertainment.
Prediction: Under 2.5 goals – 1.92
Alternative prediction: the match to end in a draw (X) – 3.46
Paris FC vs Monaco Prediction
At the Stade Jean Bouin, an ambitious Paris FC host Monaco, with just one point separating the two in the table. That only sharpens the interest in a meeting of two sides fighting for European qualification.
Paris FC, with Liam Rosenior thriving in Ligue 1, have set themselves serious targets this year. A good start to the season allows for cautious optimism about the battle for a European place next term. Their home form looks especially solid: in four matches the Parisians have won three and drawn one. The same goes for their recent record against the Monégasques — last season the blues beat the red-and-whites twice in the league. Since then, though, both clubs have changed, with new head coaches at a minimum, not to mention squad turnover after the off-season.
Monaco have posted decent results under Felipe Luis — just one defeat since the start of the season across all competitions. Still, the club from the principality lack consistency. Careless dropped points such as the Toulouse match, where they surrendered a two-goal lead, prove the point.
I expect cautious, tense football full of graft, decided by a minimal number of goals. I also believe the hosts will extend their successful run against Monaco, so I am taking the corresponding option.
Prediction: Paris FC to win by 1 goal or draw – 1.88
Across the six selections the prices sit in a narrow band between 1.59 and 2.17, with the only longer number the 3.46 draw offered as an alternative at Anfield. That makes this a weekend of modest individual returns, so a free bet calculator is useful for working out what these picks would actually pay back, singly or combined.
