Barcelona and Silva Reach Personal Agreement
According to SportItalia, via Sport, Barcelona have reached an agreement on personal terms with Silva. The deal will be formalised at the right moment for the club, specifically when it fits within their salary limit parameters. The contract is set to run for two years.
Silva was open to joining Atletico but is giving full priority to Barcelona, where part of his family already lives. Agent Jorge Mendes, who maintains close ties with the Catalan club, has been given a free hand to finalise the agreement.

Flick Yet to Sign Off on the Move
MD report that Silva is doing everything in his power to push the deal through.
