This Subscription Policy (the "Subscription Policy") governs the terms of use of the Subscription offered by the NetSolid Invest OU, a company registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimae tn 7-132, 10145 (the “Tips.gg”). The Subscription (the “Subscription”), allows Users (the “User”, “You”) to access exclusive content during the term of the Subscription.
To be able to access the Subscription, You must register an account as provided for in this Subscription Policy.
Trial Subscription
1.1 You may register for a trial Subscription, after which the Tips.gg will provide You with access to the Subscription on a trial basis free of charge for a term of three days (Trial Subscription).
1.2 You cannot sign up for more than one Trial Subscription. Tips.gg may cancel the Trial Subscription and block Your Account if You have accessed the Trial Subscription more than once.
1.3. If You sign up for a Trial Subscription, we will inform You of the full subscription price payable at the beginning of the Trial Subscription. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of this trial period at the full Subscription price unless You cancel Your Subscription before the end of the trial period. You may cancel Your Subscription during the trial period at any time in Your Account or by contacting us by email: [email protected].
Payment
2.1. The User selects a Subscription plan and familiarizes themselves with the fees at the rates displayed during the registration of the Subscription.
2.2. Subscriptions are automatically renewed through the payment method that the User chose during purchase. Tips.gg will charge for the subscription using the same payment method that the User has used in the past. The User can always find out the next payment date in the Account.
2.3. In the event of a change in the price of the Subscription, we will notify You at least 14 days in advance. Such price increase will take effect on the next renewal date.
2.4. In the event that Tips.gg has incorrectly indicated the price and accepted such payment, Tips.gg will notify the User of the error. The User may cancel the Subscription and we will refund You the funds paid, or You may pay the correct price. If User does neither, Tips.gg may cancel the Subscription and refund any monies paid.
Cancellation
3.1. The User may notify of cancellation of the Subscription at any time, while keeping access to the Subscription until the end of the current period. The User agrees that payments are non-refundable and Tips.gg does not provide refunds for any partial periods or unused content of the Subscription.
3.2. There may be exceptions in which the company will provide you with a refund, for example, in case of a payment error.
